Privacy policy

Ceiba Intercontinental (“we”) is the national airline of Equatorial Guinea, based in Malabo. This notice explains how we handle personal data on this website. It does not replace the privacy rules of the booking platform embedded on Home and Book, which processes ticket payments.

Data we collect

When you use Contact, newsletter or other forms, we collect the details you submit — typically name, email and message. Server logs may store IP address, browser type and pages viewed for security and diagnostics. We do not knowingly collect data from children for marketing.

Why we use it

We use this data to answer requests, send offers you opted in to, improve the site and protect it against abuse. Newsletter messages stop when you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.

Bookings

Flight search, passenger names, passports, APIS and card payments are processed by the booking platform embedded on this site. That operator is a separate controller for those records. We only receive what is needed to operate the flight or handle a claim.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working (language, session, security). The booking iframe may set its own cookies for search, pricing and payment. Analytics or marketing cookies, if used, help us see which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; booking or check-in may then fail. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; others last longer.

Sharing and retention

We share data with service providers who host the site or send email, and with authorities when the law requires it. We keep contact and newsletter records only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

To access, correct or delete data we hold, or to object to marketing, write to info@fly-ceiba.com with enough detail to identify your request. We may update this notice; the date of the last change is shown in Admin. English, French and Spanish versions are provided for convenience.
