What benefits can a client obtain by enrolling in CEIBA MILE?

How do I manage or change a booking?

Use Manage My Booking (Online services) to modify flights, cancel and request a refund, print a booking, update passport and contact data, complete APIS, or acknowledge a schedule change.

When does online check-in open?

Online check-in is available from 24 hours before departure. Have your booking reference or e-ticket number and a valid passport ready.

What is the checked baggage allowance?

Economy: 2 bags of 23 kg. Business: 2 bags of 32 kg. A 10% discount applies if extra baggage is purchased at least 72 hours before departure at sales offices. Cabin bags stay with the passenger and must fit C2 sizers.
