Conditions of carriage

Carriage of passengers and baggage on Ceiba Intercontinental flights is subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage and to applicable aviation regulations, including the Montreal Convention where it applies.

Ticket and reservation

A confirmed itinerary or e-ticket is proof of the contract of carriage between you and the airline. When you book for other passengers, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these conditions on their behalf. Check names, dates and airports as soon as you receive the confirmation — later corrections may not be possible.

Tickets purchased on this website are issued through the booking platform embedded on Home and Book. Fare rules, payment and the 72-hour hold (where offered) are those of that platform. The airline is not bound by booking errors you make during the purchase flow.

Travel documents and check-in

You must travel with a valid passport and any visa or e-visa required for your destination. Online check-in is available from 24 hours before departure. See Travel requirements and Online services.

Baggage

Cabin and checked allowances, excess charges and sizer rules are set out on the Baggage page. Restricted and dangerous goods are listed under Restricted items. Delayed-bag tracing (21 days) is described under Baggage claims.

Changes, disruptions and liability

Schedule changes, aircraft swaps and operational delays are handled under company procedures, including re-protection where applicable. Limits of liability for passengers and baggage follow the conventions and national rules that apply to the flight.
