Who may use the site

Booking and payments

Flight search and ticket purchase run on the booking platform embedded on Home and Book. Fare rules, payment, card checks and any 72-hour hold are those of that platform. Ceiba Intercontinental is not bound by mistakes you make during the purchase flow. If payment is refused or card details are incorrect, the reservation may be cancelled.

A confirmed itinerary for a Ceiba Intercontinental flight is also subject to the conditions of carriage. If a sector is operated by another airline, that carrier’s conditions apply to the operated flight.

Accuracy

We take care to keep fares, schedules and other information accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct prices and details. You should check the total (fare, taxes and charges) before you confirm. Extra baggage fees may apply beyond the allowance on your ticket — see Baggage.

Intellectual property

Text, photos, logos, design and software on this site belong to Ceiba Intercontinental or its licensors. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell or frame the site without prior written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt false or fraudulent bookings, interfere with the site, upload malware, or use the service for unauthorised commercial extraction. Keep booking references and passwords confidential.

Privacy

Personal data collected through forms, newsletter and booking is handled as described in the Privacy policy. We may update these terms of use at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.

Governing law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. Courts in Malabo have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory passenger rights that apply to your flight.
